Who delivers the work
Every professional-service level is delivered by MTIS staff meeting the approved qualification bar:
- Chartered Engineer.
- At least relevant Master's level in materials engineering, metallurgical engineering or a closely related discipline.
- 20+ years in materials or metallurgical engineering.
- 15+ years in failure investigation.
- IMM Level 4 Failure Investigator certified.
A professionally edited deliverable is separate from the app report
An app-generated report remains AI-generated, including Expert output with integrated RCA. When you purchase professional review, qualified MTIS staff create a separate, edited deliverable attributed to the named staff member. It is not a re-stamped copy of the AI report.
